For entry in 2027, applicants who are US citizens resident in the USA must apply by 14 October 2026; all other eligible applicants apply by 8 December 2026 or 6 January 2027 depending on the course. There is no separate Gates Cambridge form beyond the standard Cambridge graduate application.

There is no separate Clarendon application or deadline. Every applicant for a full-time or part-time Oxford graduate course who submits a complete course application by that course's own funding deadline, mostly in December or January, is automatically considered.

Each country or regional constituency runs its own selection with its own deadline, mostly falling between July and October each year for entry the following October. Applicants apply through the constituency that matches their citizenship or residence, not a single worldwide deadline.
