University of Skövde Admission 2027 for International Students

The University of Skövde admits international students through Sweden's University Admissions portal. The autumn 2026 round ran from 16 October 2025 to 15 January 2026 and the spring 2027 round from 1 June to 17 August 2026; for autumn 2027, the university says applications will open in mid-October 2026. An application fee of SEK 900 must be paid to University Admissions for the application to be processed. Applicants need English equivalent to English 6, normally shown with an internationally recognised test such as IELTS or TOEFL, and each programme sets its own subject prerequisites; the Data Science master's, for example, asks for credits in programming and in mathematics or statistics. Tuition for students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland in 2026/2027 is SEK 110,000 per academic year in price bracket 1 and SEK 155,000 in price bracket 2, which covers fields such as medicine, health science and design. The two-year Data Science master's costs SEK 310,000 in total with a first instalment of SEK 77,500. University of Skövde Master's Scholarships are partial tuition waivers of 50% of the fee for citizens of countries outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland, deducted automatically from the invoice.
