Admission at a glance

Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences admits non-EU/EEA applicants to English-taught bachelor's and master's programmes from 1 November, with a standard deadline of 1 December for enrolment the following August. Several deadlines are currently extended: 15 December for the master's programmes in Applied Ecology and in Applied Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences, and 31 December for the bachelor's programmes in Game Art and Animation and Game Technology, while Business Analytics stays at 1 December; documents are due by the same deadline. Applicants need IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL iBT 80 (or 4 for tests from 21 January 2026), PTE Academic 59 or a Cambridge B2 First grade B, and holders of degrees from the UK, Ireland, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Australia or the Nordic countries are exempt. Tuition for students enrolling in 2026/27 is NOK 68,500 a year for the master's in Applied Ecology and in Applied Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences and for the bachelor's programmes in Animation and Digital Art and Game Technology and Simulation, and NOK 58,200 a year for the Business Analytics master's; the university notes the rates may change if parliament ratifies new rules. A semester registration fee is paid in addition to tuition. INN does not offer scholarships that cover tuition and is legally barred from using its grant for them.
