Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (INN) was established on 1 January 2017 by merging Hedmark University of Applied Sciences and Lillehammer University College. For 2026/27, non-EU/EEA students pay NOK 58,200 to NOK 68,500 a year for English-taught degrees such as Applied Ecology and Game Technology. Non-EU/EEA applicants apply from 1 November, with deadlines of 1 to 31 December depending on the programme, and need IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 80.
