Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences Admission Requirements 2027

Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (INN) was established on 1 January 2017 by merging Hedmark University of Applied Sciences and Lillehammer University College. For 2026/27, non-EU/EEA students pay NOK 58,200 to NOK 68,500 a year for English-taught degrees such as Applied Ecology and Game Technology. Non-EU/EEA applicants apply from 1 November, with deadlines of 1 to 31 December depending on the programme, and need IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 80.

Applicants with a higher education degree from the UK, Ireland, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Australia or the Nordic countries do not need to document English proficiency. TOEFL iBT tests taken on or after 21 January 2026 need a score of 4.
