Admission at a glance

Stockholm School of Economics runs a hybrid admissions process. Non-EU/EEA/Swiss/Ukrainian applicants upload predicted or final grades, transcripts, diploma certificates, a passport copy and English test results to universityadmissions.se by 2 February 2027, the national documents deadline, while a separate school specific application, including a completed form, a one page CV and university admission test scores, goes to SSE's own Full Fabric portal by 15 January 2027, which the school states as a firm deadline with no late applications accepted.

SSE's own tuition and fees page states a flat program fee of SEK 360,000 for both bachelor's and master's programs for students who are required to pay, rather than a fee that varies by program or is billed per year; EU/EEA, Swiss and Ukrainian citizens pay no tuition. A scholarship covering 50 percent of the tuition fee is available to non-EU/EEA applicants who qualify, per the school's own admissions pages.

Bachelor's applicants take a university admission test as part of the school specific application, accepting SAT scores of at least 1300, ACT scores of at least 28, or an SweSAT Business (ITB Business) score of at least 112, in addition to the English proficiency requirement applied through universityadmissions.se. Once admitted and tuition is paid or the scholarship is confirmed, students apply for a residence permit for studies through Migrationsverket.
