Admission at a glance
Taiwan Tech publishes a dated timetable for each intake and holds to it strictly. For the 2027 spring intake the guidelines came out on 1 June 2026, the online application ran from 1 July to 12:00 noon on 11 September 2026, and the university states that after the deadline no additional documents are accepted at all. A supplementary documents stage on 28 September 2026 exists only for cases where Taiwan Tech itself asks an applicant to clarify something already submitted; it is not a second chance to complete a late or incomplete file. Results and scholarship decisions are announced together on 30 October 2026, with replies due by 6 November and the final admission and scholarship results on 30 November. A health report is due by 20 January 2027, an admission deferral can be requested until 17 February 2027, and on-site registration closes on 8 March 2027. The application fee is USD 30, or NT$1,000, per department or graduate institute, so applying to several multiplies the cost. English is required at CEFR B1 or B2 depending on the programme, and the level sits next to each department in the guidelines rather than being set once for the whole university.
