English test waiver

Taiwan Tech sets the English requirement per programme in its admission guidelines, not university-wide, and the level moves between two steps: some graduate programmes require an English proficiency test at CEFR B1 or above, others at CEFR B2 or above. The guidelines list the requirement next to each department and institute, so the programme entry is the only reliable place to read it. No single TOEFL or IELTS number applies across the university, which is why none is recorded here.
