University of Tartu Application Deadlines 2027

The University of Tartu, founded in 1632, is Estonia's oldest and largest university, with around 15,000 students, some 1,600 of them international, and 28 English-taught programmes in 2026. Non-EU students pay EUR 4,200 to EUR 13,200 a year, Medicine being the most expensive, and from 2026-27 there are no tuition waivers for newly admitted students from outside the EU and EEA. The application fee is EUR 100.

To be confirmed. Tartu had not published its autumn 2027 dates. In 2026 master's applications ran from 2 January to 15 March and bachelor's programmes and Medicine to 15 April. The EUR 100 fee covers two programmes.
