The University of Antwerp states that it does not offer fully funded scholarships. Its own scheme is the High Potential Incentive, which cuts the fee for selected non-EEA students from EUR 7,800 to EUR 4,300 for a 60-credit master's programme; there is no separate application, as it is granted after the faculty screens an admitted applicant, and it cannot be combined with a payment plan. Master Mind, funded by the Flemish Ministry of Education, pays EUR 10,020 a year and reduces tuition to EUR 139.40 for 2026-27, with Antwerp applying centrally and a university deadline of 1 February; it expects a GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 and IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 94. The Daughters for Life scholarship funds one master's student from Palestine, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq or Morocco, covering tuition, housing, meals and travel. VLIR-UOS scholarships are tied to five programmes, including Epidemiology and the development studies advanced masters.
