Tallinn University of Technology Scholarships 2027

Tallinn University of Technology, TalTech, founded in 1918, describes itself as the largest university in Tallinn, with about 9,929 students and 4 bachelor's and 14 master's programmes taught fully in English. Non-EU students pay EUR 5,000 to EUR 7,000 a year for a bachelor's and EUR 3,800 to EUR 8,400 for a master's, the application fee is EUR 100 for two programmes, and in 2026 the non-EU window ran from 1 February to 1 April.

TalTech publishes no scholarship aimed at non-EU applicants at the point of admission. Its own awards are for students already enrolled or for exceptional achievement: a scholarship for international subject olympiad medal winners of EUR 800 a month for gold, EUR 600 for silver and EUR 400 for bronze, applied for by 15 September and requiring a grade point average of at least 4.0; a success scholarship of EUR 200 a month for current students, applied for in February and September; and scholarships from the TalTech Development Fund, which gave out nearly half a million euros in 2026. The Technology Governance and Sustainability master's advertised tuition fee waivers for three students in 2026.
