Tallinn University of Technology Tuition Fees 2027

TalTech's tuition fee rates are set for 2026-27 and the exact fee is published on each programme page. EU citizens study free except in School of Business and Governance programmes, while students from outside the EU pay, and must pay the first year before studies begin. Bachelor's programmes cost EUR 7,000 a year for Cyber Security Engineering, EUR 6,000 for Integrated Engineering, and EUR 5,000 for International Business Administration and Law, the last two charged at the same rate to EU and non-EU students. Master's programmes cost EUR 7,000 a year for Cybersecurity, Digital Health, e-Governance Technologies and Services and Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence; EUR 6,000 for Industrial Engineering and Management, Technology of Wood, Plastics and Textiles, Marine Engineering and Maritime Digital Solutions; EUR 5,000 for International Business in the Digital Era; EUR 4,600 for Law; and EUR 3,800 for Technology Governance and Sustainability, which advertised tuition fee waivers for three students in 2026. The Entrepreneurial Management MBA costs EUR 4,200 a semester, EUR 8,400 a year, for all students. The application fee is EUR 100.
