Medical University of Plovdiv Scholarships 2027
The Medical University of Plovdiv, founded in 1945, teaches Medicine, Dental Medicine, Pharmacy and Nursing in English. First-year students on the English programmes pay EUR 10,000 for Medicine or Dental Medicine, EUR 6,200 for Pharmacy and EUR 4,500 for Nursing in 2026-27, and sit online entrance tests in biology and chemistry, with an exam fee of EUR 300 per date.
The Medical University of Plovdiv's merit-based scholarships are for international students who are citizens of the EU and EEA; it publishes no scholarship for students from outside the EU. An outside charity scholarship of at least EUR 1,200 a year for students in financial need was advertised on its site in 2026, run by the charity rather than the university.
