The Medical University of Plovdiv publishes annual tuition for students newly admitted to the first year of its English programmes in 2026-27: EUR 10,000 for Medicine, EUR 10,000 for Dental Medicine, EUR 6,200 for Pharmacy and EUR 4,500 for Nursing. Its older 2025-26 table gave EUR 9,000 for the first year of Medicine and Dental Medicine and EUR 8,000 for years two to six, EUR 6,000 for Pharmacy and EUR 4,000 for Healthcare Management, so fees for later years in 2026-27 are not yet published. Tuition does not include accommodation, health insurance or textbooks. Admitted students pay a EUR 2,000 administrative pre-enrolment fee, which counts towards the first semester's tuition. Entrance exam fees are EUR 30 for data processing and EUR 270 for the tests per exam date, or EUR 400 for the re-sit date.
