Universities in Bulgaria (2027): Fees, Deadlines, Requirements

Bulgaria's medical universities teach Medicine, Dental Medicine and Pharmacy in English to students from outside the EU for EUR 6,200 to EUR 10,000 a year in 2026-27, admitting them through online entrance exams in biology, chemistry and English. A non-EU student needs a long-stay D visa, costing EUR 100, and a Ministry of Education admission certificate, then a residence permit; students may work 20 hours a week in term and stay nine months after graduating to look for work.
