Óbuda University Admission 2027: Deadlines, Fees, Requirements

Óbuda University admits international students to English-taught bachelor's, master's, PhD and preparatory programmes through an online application. The application deadline for the Fall 2026 semester was 31 May 2026; dates for 2027 have not been published. Every application requires a non-refundable application fee of EUR 150, paid during the application, and applicants who reapply, for example after a visa refusal or for a later intake, pay it again. Bachelor's and master's applicants need TOEFL iBT 72, IELTS 5.5 or a B2-level certificate such as Cambridge First, and PhD applicants need TOEFL iBT 95 or IELTS 7.0; the Duolingo English Test is not accepted, and the requirement can be waived for studies completed fully in English. Master's applicants also submit transcripts and two letters of recommendation. Tuition is charged per semester and depends on the programme. For non-EEA students, bachelor's programmes cost EUR 2,700 to EUR 3,200 per semester, for example EUR 2,900 for Business Administration and Management and EUR 3,200 for Computer Science Engineering, and master's programmes cost EUR 3,200 to EUR 3,600, for example EUR 3,500 for Data Science and EUR 3,600 for Artificial Intelligence. EU/EEA students pay EUR 2,000 to EUR 2,900 per semester.
