Mälardalen University in Sweden was founded in 1977 and has campuses in Västerås and Eskilstuna. Students from outside the EU/EEA pay tuition per semester, from SEK 50,000 for programmes such as International Business Management and International Marketing to SEK 67,500 for engineering master's programmes and SEK 125,000 for Chamber Music. The university's scholarship covers 100% of tuition for some master's students, but it is not open to applicants from Bangladesh and eleven other Swedish development partner countries.
