Lulea's own tuition and application fees page, read directly in September 2026, publishes a per programme fee table rather than one figure: master's and bachelor's programmes range from SEK 40,000 a semester for International Business, Information Security and Data Science to SEK 119,000 a semester for Music Performance, with most engineering, geoscience and science programmes at SEK 70,000 a semester. A SEK 6,000 administrative charge applies to refunds from the 2026 autumn semester. The application fee is SEK 900, set nationally.
