BINUS University admits international undergraduates to BINUS International in Jakarta for February and September intakes. Its admission page gives recurring deadlines without a year: for the September intake, 1 July for applicants who already hold an Indonesian KITAS or KITAP stay permit and 1 June for applicants outside Indonesia, with scholarship applications by 1 May; for the February intake, 1 January onshore and 1 December offshore, with scholarships by 1 November. Fee-paying international applicants need IELTS 5.0 and start with pre-sessional English at that level, while scholarship applicants need IELTS 6.5. Total tuition for four-year bachelor's programmes such as Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Business and International Business is USD 44,600 for non-residents, paid as USD 12,600, USD 12,600, USD 11,400 and USD 8,000 across the four years, and USD 40,600 for KITAS or KITAP holders; the double degree fee is USD 1,850 a year. The BINUS World Class Scholarship offers a 100% tuition waiver for designated programmes with accommodation and a stay permit refund.
