VILNIUS TECH takes international degree applications for an autumn start, and its application procedure page gives a deadline of 15 June for applicants from outside the EU and 1 August for EU and Ukrainian citizens, without naming a year; the 2027 cycle had not been published when this page was checked. Every applicant pays a non-refundable application fee of EUR 100, and a EUR 200 registration fee is paid together with the first tuition fee after the official acceptance letter arrives. The university also tells international students that they must open a bank account in Vilnius holding at least EUR 7,500 a year. Scholarships have an earlier deadline than admission: for 2026-27, applications submitted after 20 April 2026 were not considered for a scholarship. There are additional entrance conditions for some applicants. Architecture applicants must pass an entrance test, and applicants from secondary or vocational schools in Pakistan, Bangladesh or Nepal must take the OMPT mathematics entrance exam. English is required at IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 70, PTE 48 or Duolingo 95, with an exemption only for previous studies completed fully in English.
