University West Admission Requirements 2027

University West (Högskolan Väst) in Trollhättan, Sweden, charges students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland SEK 120,000 a year for master's programmes such as Sustainable Development and SEK 140,000 a year for the Master in Cybersecurity in 2026/2027. Applications for autumn programmes open in mid-October, with supporting documents and the SEK 900 application fee due by 1 February. A merit scholarship covers 15% of tuition, with applications for autumn 2027 open from 1 November 2026 to 15 January 2027.

English test waiver

The English requirement for all programmes taught in English is the equivalent of Swedish upper secondary English 6 (English B). University West refers applicants to University Admissions for the test scores and other ways to meet it.
