University of Nicosia Scholarships 2027

The University of Nicosia is a private university in Cyprus's capital with more than 11,500 students from over 100 countries, teaching in English from accounting and architecture to medicine. Non-EU students pay EUR 10,320 a year for most bachelor's programmes and EUR 11,820 for Architecture in 2026-27, EUR 24,000 for Medicine, and EUR 14,490 to EUR 35,280 for a whole master's programme. The application fee is EUR 60.

UNIC gives non-EU students in their first year a scholarship based on the grades of their high school leaving certificate, provided they pay the whole semester's tuition and fees in advance; the percentage is not published. After at least 60 ECTS at UNIC, scholarships based on grade point average are 50% for a 4.00, 20% for 3.75 to 3.99 and 10% for 3.50 to 3.74. These scholarships do not apply to master's or doctoral programmes, the Medical School, the School of Veterinary Medicine or online programmes. The university also considers non-EU students in financial hardship case by case, and the Medical School awards need-based scholarships of up to 20% of tuition a year.
