Public universities. Cyprus University of Technology charges non-EU students EUR 6,834 a year for its Greek-taught bachelor's programmes. Its master's programmes cost EUR 5,125 in total, whatever the nationality or language, except Experiential Digital Marketing Communications (EUR 7,500), Interaction Design (EUR 9,600) and Electronic Science and Technology (EUR 19,500 over three years). Every new CUT student pays a EUR 40 registration fee.
Private universities. The University of Nicosia's 2026-27 non-EU fees are EUR 10,320 a year for most bachelor's programmes, EUR 11,820 for Architecture, EUR 24,000 for the six-year Medicine programme, EUR 25,000 for graduate-entry Medicine and EUR 21,000 for Veterinary Medicine. Master's programmes are charged for the whole course, from EUR 14,490 to EUR 35,280. The application fee is EUR 60, and a refundable EUR 400 international student guarantee is also charged.
Permit fees. The Migration Department charges EUR 70 for an entry permit and residence permit, EUR 70 for first registration in the Aliens Register, and EUR 55 to issue or renew a residence permit.
