The University of Helsinki is Finland's oldest and largest university, founded in 1640, and teaches two interdisciplinary bachelor's programmes in English alongside a large set of English taught master's degrees. Tuition for students from outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland is 13,000 euros a year at bachelor's level and 13,000 to 18,000 at master's.
