| International tuition | €13,000 to €18,000 per year |
| Application fee | Not listed |
Tuition is charged only to applicants who are not citizens of an EU or EEA country or Switzerland and who do not hold permanent residence in Finland, and only on the programmes taught in English. The English language bachelor's programmes cost 13,000 euros per academic year. The English language master's programmes cost 13,000, 15,000 or 18,000 euros per academic year depending on the programme. Programmes taught in Finnish or Swedish carry no tuition. The fee is fixed for a student at the level it was when they started, and it is reimbursed per academic year or per term in defined cases, such as the programme not being arranged. The university's scholarship programme is aimed at excellent fee liable students from outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland entering a master's programme, and is applied for as part of admission. Holders of an Erasmus Mundus scholarship on an EU funded Erasmus Mundus programme are not liable for the fee.
