Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS Scholarships 2027

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) is a private university in Seri Iskander, Perak, owned by the Malaysian national oil company PETRONAS and specialising in engineering, technology and business. It sets a general IELTS 5.0 floor for international undergraduates and publishes whole-programme fees from RM 110,000 for Business Management to RM 240,000 for its integrated engineering degrees.
