UTP publishes international tuition as a whole-programme figure, effective May 2026 and excluding the 6 percent Sales and Service Tax charged to international students. Business Management (three years four months) costs RM 110,000. Science, Computing & Business programmes (physics, chemistry, computer science, information technology, information systems; three years four months) cost RM 165,000. Geoscience (four years) costs RM 123,700. Computer Engineering (four years) costs RM 142,700. Civil Engineering (four years) costs RM 156,500. The Integrated Engineering programmes (chemical, electrical and electronics, mechanical, and petroleum engineering, four years) cost RM 240,000, the highest published figure. UTP also charges an international registration fee of roughly RM 11,000 and an estimated EMGS fee of about RM 3,500 a year on top of tuition.
