National Chengchi University Tuition Fees 2027

The figures below are NCCU's own published rates for one semester of the 2026-27 academic year, given in the 2027-28 prospectus for reference; the approved 2027-28 rates are due by the middle of August 2027. International students are charged the same published rates as other students, and holders of a Taiwan permanent residence certificate and MOFA Taiwan Scholarship students pay the local rate. An undergraduate pays NT$49,020 a semester in the colleges of Liberal Arts, Social Sciences excluding Land Economics, Foreign Languages, Law, International Affairs and Education; NT$49,780 in the College of Commerce excluding Management Information Systems and in the International College of Innovation; and NT$56,860 in the colleges of Science, Informatics and Communication and in Land Economics and Management Information Systems. Undergraduates pay no credit fee beyond that except in specially charged courses. Graduate students pay a base plus a credit fee: NT$25,820 in the colleges of Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Foreign Languages, Law, International Affairs and Education; NT$26,200 in the College of Commerce; and NT$29,980 in Science, Communication, Land Economics, Management Information Systems, the Graduate Institute of Library, Information and Archival Science, the Graduate Institute of Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property Management and the Master's Programme of Global Communication and Innovation Technology, all with a credit fee of NT$3,310. Three English-taught programmes are priced differently, with a small base and a large credit fee: the International MBA at NT$13,100 plus NT$8,800 a credit, the MBA programme at NT$13,100 plus NT$6,000, and the International Master's Programme in Asia-Pacific Studies at NT$12,910 plus NT$5,500. On top of tuition every student pays an insurance fee of NT$240 for the 2026-27 year, an information appliance fee of NT$624 or NT$1,000, and National Health Insurance of NT$4,956 a semester.
