Admission at a glance

Estonian Business School admits international applicants through DreamApply. Non-EU applicants apply for the autumn semester between 1 February and 1 April, while applicants from the EU, EEA, USA, Canada and Japan can apply until 30 June; for autumn 2027 entry the non-EU window is therefore 1 February to 1 April 2027. Applicants from outside the EU/EEA and Ukraine pay a non-refundable application fee of EUR 120, which covers applications to two programmes in one round. Applicants need TOEFL iBT 85 (or 4.5 for tests taken after 21 January 2026), IELTS Academic 6.0 with at least 5.5 in each component, a Cambridge exam at CEFR B2 or Duolingo 110, unless their previous education was completed in a listed English-speaking country or fully in English in the EU/EEA. Tuition is charged per semester: International Business Administration costs EUR 4,050 in the autumn and EUR 3,680 in the spring, Impactful Entrepreneurship EUR 3,680 and EUR 4,050, and Product and Technology Management EUR 4,050 each semester, while the MA in International Management costs EUR 4,200 and MBA programmes EUR 4,500 per semester. Non-EU residents pay the first study year's tuition in one instalment before their visa appointment. All admitted bachelor's applicants are automatically considered for the Outstanding Applicants Scholarship, a partial tuition fee waiver for one academic year.
