BME charges per semester and publishes a rate for each programme for 2026/27. For non-EU citizens most bachelor's programmes are EUR 3,200 a semester, including Civil Engineering, Chemical Technology, Engineering Management, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Physics, with Mechanical Engineering and the ten-semester Architecture programme at EUR 3,500 and EUR 3,200. The one exception is the Faculty of Transportation Engineering and Vehicle Engineering, whose bachelor's programme costs EUR 14,650 a semester for the first six terms, which is why it is left out of the headline range. Master's programmes run from EUR 2,200 a semester for Finance, Management and Leadership, and Regional and Environmental Economic Studies, through EUR 3,500 for most engineering and science programmes, to EUR 3,800 for the Civil Engineering master's and EUR 4,000 for Mechanical Engineering Modelling. Preparatory programmes are EUR 3,200 to EUR 3,800 a semester and doctoral programmes EUR 4,500 to EUR 5,000. EU citizens pay less on many programmes, from EUR 1,100 a semester. The application fee is EUR 150. Refunds follow BME's Regulations on Student Fees and Benefits.
