Babes-Bolyai publishes no scholarship or tuition reduction of its own for self-paying non-EU degree students. The Romanian government offers scholarships to non-EU citizens through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, applied for through the Study in Romania platform between December and March each year, with results by mid July; they require an average of at least 7 on the Romanian scale and cover only Romanian-taught programmes at bachelor's and master's level.
