UNEC's most recently published fee schedule for international students, titled "Tuition fees set for international students enrolled to UNEC in 2024/2025 academic year" and still linked from the university's live International Students page as of verification, lists per-specialty full-time tuition for the Bachelor's degree ranging from 1900 AZN per academic year (Computer science) to 2600 AZN per academic year (Finance), with most specialties between 2000 and 2500 AZN per year; part-time (in absentia) rates run roughly 400-500 AZN lower where offered. The same schedule's Master's degree table lists fees from 2000 AZN per academic year (for example Statistics, Computer sciences, Ecology) up to 2500 AZN per academic year (for example World economy, Accounting and auditing, Finance, Business administration, Public administration). UNEC's separate MBA programme, run by the UNEC Business School, is priced at 3000 AZN per academic year for most specializations and 5000 AZN per academic year for a group of newer specializations (for example Digital marketing, Artificial intelligence, Blockchain management).
