Requirements
Bachelor
- Academic qualification equivalent to the entry standard for the chosen course
- English language proficiency at IELTS Academic 6.5 overall, no band below 6.0, or an accepted equivalent (TOEFL iBT 82, PTE Academic 64); IELTS 7.0 with no band below 7.0 for Law, Education, Dentistry and Medicine
- Any course-specific requirement published on the course page
Documents
Academic results, English language test scores, a copy of the passport identity page, and any course-specific material.
How to apply
- Choose a course (undergraduate, postgraduate or research).
- Check the course's entry requirements.
- Prepare supporting documents: academic results, English test scores, passport copy and any course-specific material.
- Apply online through the UWA Application Portal or an authorised agent and pay the AUD 150 application fee.
- Receive an offer and accept it.
- Arrange Overseas Student Health Cover and apply for the student visa.
English test waiver
Law, Education, Dentistry and Medicine set a higher requirement of IELTS 7.0 with no band below 7.0; the standard 6.5 minimum applies to most other undergraduate courses.
