University of Warsaw Application Deadlines 2027

UW is Poland's largest and highest-profile public university, based in the capital with around 60 English-taught programmes across bachelor's, master's and doctoral level. Non-EU applicants apply through the university's own IRK recruitment system, pay a tuition fee set per programme in EUR, and most fields admit once a year for the October intake.

The 2027/2028 recruitment calendar is not yet published. For entry in 2026/2027, registration for most first-cycle and long-cycle master's programmes ran via IRK until 9 July 2026, with the application fee payable until 10 July and document submission on 23 to 24 and 27 July 2026.

Deadlines are set per field of study and shown next to each programme in IRK; long-cycle master's programmes shared the 9 July 2026 registration deadline with first-cycle bachelor's programmes for the 2026/2027 intake, while standard second-cycle master's programmes close on their own individual dates.
