The University of Warsaw and the Jagiellonian University in Krakow are Poland's two best known universities and both price English taught degrees per programme rather than at one rate. Warsaw's published range for non EU students runs from EUR 1,500 to 18,000 a year, set in an annual fee table it publishes as a PDF. The Jagiellonian's runs from EUR 4,000 to 15,500, set by the Rector's ordinance and shown on each programme's own application page, so neither university has a single number and both have to be checked programme by programme. The English requirement looks identical at both, IELTS 5.5 and TOEFL 72, and that is not a coincidence: it is the legal floor in the science ministry's regulation of 30 July 2025, which every Polish university applies. The Jagiellonian raises it for medicine, asking C1 in practice, around IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 87. Both accept a prior degree taught in English instead of a test. Neither has published its next application window here, so check each one's own admission system for the current cycle.
