University of the Philippines Diliman Application Deadlines 2027

The University of the Philippines Diliman in Quezon City, part of the UP System founded in 1908, had 27,266 students in the first semester of 2023-24. Foreign undergraduates pay PHP 1,500 per unit in tuition plus an educational development fee of USD 300 a semester, and graduate students USD 500 a semester. Graduate applications are due by 15 February for the first semester.
