University of South-Eastern Norway Tuition Fees 2027

The University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) was granted university status by Royal Decree on 4 May 2018 and has about 18,000 students across its campuses. For August 2026, students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland pay NOK 60,000 a year for master's programmes such as Digital Transformation and NOK 90,000 a year for Computer Science and other technology master's programmes. Applying is free, the non-EU/EEA application period runs from 1 October to 15 November, and applicants need IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 80.

Tuition at the University of South-Eastern Norway for students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland, for the study year starting in August 2026, is NOK 60,000 per year for master's programmes such as Digital Transformation and Maritime Management and NOK 90,000 per year for master's programmes such as Computer Science and Electrical Power Engineering. Fees for 2027/28 will increase slightly and be published by the end of October 2026. The semester fee is NOK 885. Applying is free of charge.
