The University of Primorska runs its own Scholarship Fund (Stipendijski sklad UP), which publishes a yearly Public Call for Applications for Scholarships; the 2026/2027 call is listed on the fund's page. The fees page also notes that foreign citizens and Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship who receive a scholarship from the Republic of Slovenia are exempt from tuition fees. UP's international mobility office separately administers scholarships and co-financing for incoming Erasmus+ exchange students, which is a different track from full-degree admission.
