The University of Neuchatel teaches its bachelor's degrees entirely in French, so a non-Francophone applicant without a diploma that exempts them must pass the ECUS exam and show CEFR B2 French, the same international CECR-referenced standard used elsewhere in French-speaking Switzerland.
