University of Namibia Admission 2027 for International Students

The University of Namibia's undergraduate applications for the 2027 intake run from 22 May to 30 September, and its 2027 brochure also gives 30 September 2026 for the postgraduate intake, although the postgraduate brochure lists 22 May to 31 July. International applicants pay a non-refundable application fee of NAD 300, or NAD 650 if they apply late. Degree applicants need English at grade C or better at NSSCO level, and other school-leaving qualifications are assessed on their own merit. The 2026 fees prospectus sets registration payments of NAD 12,125 for SADC students and NAD 20,775 for non-SADC students, including a tuition fee deposit of NAD 5,650 or NAD 14,300 and an international student levy of NAD 3,500. Non-SADC students pay double the Namibian rate for undergraduate class fees and for master's and doctoral tuition, and a single room in the main campus hostel costs NAD 38,100 a year for non-SADC students. International students also pay the Ministry a study permit fee of NAD 2,200 and a handling fee of NAD 80. UNAM states that international students are not eligible for its financial support.
