University of Minho Application Deadlines 2027

The University of Minho, with campuses in Braga and Guimarães in northern Portugal, admits non-EU students to its bachelor's degrees through a special call in three phases. For 2026/27 international tuition is EUR 2,250 a year in languages and humanities, EUR 4,500 in law, social sciences and economics, and EUR 6,500 in sciences, engineering and the arts, with Medicine at EUR 18,000. Teaching is mostly in Portuguese at B2.

Minho's 2027/28 calendar was not published when checked on 14 September 2026. The 2026/27 pattern: phase 1, 26 January to 13 February, only for ENEM holders; phase 2, 13 to 24 April with in-person exams 11 to 22 May, the phase most non-Brazilian applicants use; phase 3, 5 to 19 August, only for applicants already holding the access qualification. An applicant who needs Minho's own entrance exam should plan for the April phase.
