University of Mauritius Tuition Fees 2027

The University of Mauritius, founded in 1965, has more than 7,700 students. For 2026/2027, international undergraduates pay block fees of USD 6,000 a year for science and technology programmes and USD 5,000 for other programmes, and students from mainland Africa and Asian developing countries such as Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Nepal receive a scholarship covering 50% of the block fee.

The University of Mauritius fee sheet for international undergraduates (updated 9 March 2026) sets block fees per annum of USD 6,000 for science and technology programmes and USD 5,000 for non-science and technology programmes. The Doctor of Medicine costs USD 6,000 a year for part 1 (Bachelor of Medicine) and USD 8,000 a year for part 2 (Master of Medicine), the Foundation programme has tuition fees of USD 1,750, and the Data Science dual degree charges tuition of EUR 4,000 per annum. Postgraduate yearly fees for international students (updated 2 February 2026) range from USD 2,000 for fully online programmes and full-time research degrees to USD 3,000 for non-science, USD 4,000 for science and technology and USD 6,000 for flagship programmes. The application fee is USD 50.
