The University of Latvia publishes the fee on each programme page, and many pages give one figure for EU, EEA and Swiss citizens and a higher one for citizens of other countries. At bachelor's level, for 2026-27, Cultural and Social Anthropology costs EUR 3,000 a year for non-EU students and International Finance EUR 5,900, with Business Administration at EUR 3,300, Computer Science at EUR 3,340 and Finance Management Information Systems at EUR 4,800; Optometry is listed at EUR 6,000 with a single figure. Medicine costs EUR 11,850 for all students and Dentistry EUR 17,310. English-taught masters run from EUR 3,200 for non-EU students in Cultural and Social Anthropology, European Studies and Economic Diplomacy, International Business and Project Management, to EUR 6,600 in International Finance and Banking, with Epidemiology and Medical Statistics at EUR 6,300 and Chemistry at EUR 6,000. The application fee is EUR 170.
