University of Groningen Tuition Fees 2027 for International Students

The University of Groningen is a large public research university with tariff-based non-EEA bachelor's tuition running from about EUR 14,000 to EUR 32,000 a year across its faculties. Non-Dutch applicants pay a EUR 100 application fee, and numerus fixus programmes such as International Business close 15 January.

Non-EEA institutional bachelor's tuition for 2026-2027 is set by tariff at EUR 14,000, EUR 17,200, EUR 19,800 or EUR 32,000 a year depending on the programme. The statutory rate for eligible EEA students is EUR 2,694. Applicants with a non-Dutch qualification pay a EUR 100 application fee before their file is assessed.
