Tuition is a fixed instalment of EUR 157.04 due each year, plus a variable second instalment calculated from the student's ISEE, the official Italian indicator of household financial situation. Students with an ISEE at or below EUR 27,000 (or EUR 40,000 where the student is becoming a parent) pay only the fixed instalment; above that threshold the variable part rises to a maximum set out in the university's own fee table, which differs by degree class and was published only as a PDF table that could not be read in full for this record, so the maximum figure is left blank rather than estimated. Non-EU students resident abroad have their fee position set from their family's foreign income and assets. For the 2026/27 year the first instalment was due 24 September 2026, with further instalments in December and March.
