Tallinn University, a public university founded in its present form in 2005, has 7,237 students and teaches bachelor's and master's programmes in English in the humanities, social sciences, media, film and digital technologies. Non-EU students pay EUR 4,200 to EUR 5,400 a year for a bachelor's and EUR 3,800 to EUR 6,000 for a master's in 2026-27, and applications for autumn 2027 run from 1 November 2026 to 1 March 2027.
