Documents

Passport, secondary school diploma or bachelor's degree certificate and transcript, a Declaration of Value or CIMEA statement of comparability where requested, an English or Italian language certificate, a passport photo, and the Universitaly pre-enrolment application once the university has validated the pre-selection.

How to apply

  1. Register on the MoveIN portal and submit a pre-selection application for up to two programmes, paying EUR 30 per application.
  2. Wait for the academic evaluation and, if successful, receive a pre-acceptance letter.
  3. Register on Universitaly and apply for a study visa at the competent Italian consulate.
  4. Complete online enrolment once the visa is issued and travel to Italy.
  5. Finalise matriculation and apply for the residence permit within eight days of arrival.

English test waiver

The general minimum is B2 level English, shown through IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 72 or an equivalent certificate; the exact certificate and score accepted is published per programme, and several programmes such as Business Management or Architecture ask for IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80. Applicants can also prove B2 English through an online interview organised by the university.
