UNIVPM charges tuition in three instalments. The first, due by early November, is a fixed EUR 156, made up of EUR 140 regional tax and EUR 16 stamp duty, and is the minimum every enrolled student pays. The second and third instalments depend on the ISEE Indicator, a measure of household income and assets, and on the course chosen; non-Italian residents need an ISEE parificato from a fiscal assistance centre to access these reduced bands. OECD citizens who choose not to apply for an ISEE parificato pay the maximum fee published for their course instead of a reduced band, though this record could not confirm that maximum figure. Applicants from developing or non-OECD countries who meet first-year or credit conditions can be liable for only the EUR 156 first instalment, which is why it is recorded as tuition_intl_min here.
