Domestic and EU-aligned tuition is EUR 178 a year for a Licence and EUR 254 for a Master. Non-EU students are liable in principle for the government's differentiated rate (EUR 2,902 Licence, EUR 3,950 Master), but the university's Board of Governors, under Resolution No. CA-2026-013 of 3 February 2026, grants a partial exemption that brings the differentiated fee in line with the domestic rate; the university's page notes the exemption procedure for a given intake year runs on its own calendar and can close before the next cycle opens, so applicants should confirm it is open when they apply. No separate application fee is stated on the pages read.
