Paragon International University Scholarships 2026

Paragon International University offers tuition fee scholarships, which cover a percentage of tuition only and never the annual registration fee. The main route is the Paragon.U Scholarship Exam, a two-hour paper-based multiple-choice test in General Reasoning, International Relations or Physics, open to any applicant who has passed or will take the high school national exam; results place students into 100, 75, 50 or 25 percent tuition scholarship bands, valid for two semesters of English Preparatory Programme study and ten semesters of bachelor study. International applicants residing in Cambodia may sit this exam. International applicants who do not sit it can still receive a discount of up to 75 percent. Paragon.U also runs a Rector's Scholarship, awarded through a holistic review of a submitted portfolio and application; a Partnership Scholarship for graduates of named partner high schools (Paragon International School, NTC Group, SIS International School, The Westline School); a National Olympiads Scholarship, a full tuition scholarship for the top ten ranked students nationally in Math, Physics or Khmer Literature in the national academic olympiads; and a Grade-Based Scholarship tied to national exam grades A through D, awarded by a departmental quota lottery.
